About Leakonic
A practical eСommerce analytics project built to turn GA4 BigQuery data into clear revenue leak insights.
Leakonic turns raw eСommerce data into insights: where users drop off and which pages underperform. I’m now looking to test Leakonic with real ecommerce stores, SaaS products with checkout flows, and agencies.
The goal is to collect honest feedback and connect with analytics teams where the report could be useful.

About me
Vasyl Tsyktor
My background is in SaaS SEO and eCommerce marketing, with hands-on experience in GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, funnel analysis, tracking quality, and conversion reporting.
Leakonic grew from that experience. It is my practical project for turning GA4 BigQuery data into clearer reporting views that help identify funnel issues, weak landing pages, device gaps and tracking problems.
Leakonic is a hands-on ecommerce analytics project built around practical reporting, clear SQL logic, and useful business questions.
What I can bring to your analytics team

GA4 + BigQuery reporting
Turn raw GA4 ecommerce events into structured reporting tables and dashboards.

SQL funnel analysis
Analyze checkout steps, drop-offs, conversion gaps and revenue at risk with SQL.

Ecommerce tracking
Understand GA4, GTM and dataLayer logic behind cart, checkout and purchase events.

CRO & SEO analysis
Connect traffic, landing pages, category performance and conversion problems.
Features
Why I Built Leakonic
Many ecommerce teams collect a lot of GA4 data but still struggle to answer simple business questions consistently. Leakonic was built to reduce that gap.
It is designed to help turn raw ecommerce events into a clearer view of user behavior, funnel problems, landing page performance and tracking completeness.

SEO analysis
Online store can determine which keywords a can allow them generate more revenue and where they can get more organic traffic.

Funnel revenue leaks
The report checks where users drop off after adding products to cart and how much revenue may be at risk at each funnel step.

Product performance
It helps identify landing pages with traffic but weak conversion, low revenue contribution or no purchases.
Who it is for
Looking for real-world testing and feedback
I’m looking for a small number of ecommerce stores, SaaS products with checkout flows, and agencies to test Leakonic with real data.
For suitable setups, I can:
- Run a small free check on your GA4 + BigQuery data.
- Share what the report finds and where the main issues appear.
- Point out whether tracking gaps affect the results.
- Collect your honest feedback to make the project better.

Got an open role?
Open to feedback, collaboration, and analytics opportunities
I’m open to feedback from ecommerce and analytics professionals, testing with real data, and collaboration with ecommerce, CRO, SEO, paid media and analytics teams.
I’m also open to analytics roles or projects where I can work with GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio and ecommerce data while continuing to grow deeper in web analytics.
If this sounds like something you are interested in, let’s talk.

Case study
Conversion rate growth by 110%

An online grocery store had strong customer demand but lacked a clear view of where users were dropping out of the buying journey. Reporting was scattered, checkout performance was difficult to evaluate, and marketing decisions were being made without enough reliable data. I helped turn fragmented analytics into practical eCommerce improvements:
- Implemented enhanced eCommerce tracking and recurring Looker Studio reporting
- Found major checkout and device-level conversion bottlenecks
- Improved the mobile checkout experience
- Simplified the checkout flow by removing unnecessary steps
- Removed forced account registration before completing an order
- Added internal product linking sections to improve product discovery
- Created marketing flows and campaigns to encourage repeat purchases
- Refined UX elements focused on increasing average order value
Let’s cooperate
Interested in my expertise or sharing feedback?
If you run an ecommerce store, manage ecommerce clients, work with analytics, or build growth and CRO workflows, let’s connect.
This is not meant to be a full audit or a sales call. I want to understand how useful the report is in real situations and what should be improved.
Tell me a bit about your setup and what you would like to learn from your data. If Leakonic is a good fit, I can test it with a small sample setup and share insights.
