Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and returns work for purchases made on Leakonic at leakonic.com.

We sell digital products, including ecommerce dashboard templates, setup files, SQL scripts, documentation, and related digital resources. Because our products are delivered digitally, there are no physical goods to return.

1. Digital product delivery

After a successful purchase, you will receive access to the downloadable product files or instructions for accessing the purchased package.

Your package may include files such as:

  • Looker Studio dashboard template access instructions
  • BigQuery SQL script
  • Setup documentation
  • Supporting digital files or guides

Please download and store your files safely after purchase.

2. Refunds for digital products

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered.

This is because digital files cannot be physically returned in the same way as physical goods.

However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:

  • you purchased the wrong package by mistake;
  • you were charged more than once for the same product;
  • you did not receive access to the purchased files;
  • the download link does not work and we cannot provide a working replacement;
  • the product is materially different from the description on the product page.

3. Consumer cancellation rights

Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within a cooling-off period. In the EU and UK, consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from many online purchases, but different rules apply to digital content that is supplied immediately.

For digital content, the right to cancel may be lost once the download or access begins, if the customer has given prior consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that this means losing the right to cancel.

To make this clear at checkout, we may ask you to confirm that you want immediate access to the digital product and understand that your cancellation right may be lost once the product is delivered or downloaded.

4. Installation service refunds

If you purchase a package that includes installation support, the digital product and the installation service may be treated separately.

If installation has not yet started, you may contact us to request cancellation of the installation part of the order.

Once installation work has started, been completed, or a scheduled support session has taken place, the installation fee is generally non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the agreed service.

Installation does not include fixing missing GA4 ecommerce events, setting up your full analytics tracking from scratch, custom dashboard development, or advanced analytics consulting unless clearly agreed separately.

5. No refund for incompatible or incomplete tracking setup

The dashboard depends on the quality and availability of your GA4, BigQuery, and Looker Studio setup.

We do not usually provide refunds if the product cannot show complete data because:

  • GA4 ecommerce tracking is missing or incomplete;
  • GA4 BigQuery export is not enabled;
  • required ecommerce events are not available;
  • your website or store does not send the necessary analytics data;
  • you do not have access to the required Google accounts;
  • you expected custom analytics work that is not included in the package.

Please review the product requirements before purchasing.

6. Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us at info[at]leakonic.com within 14 days of purchase.

If we can verify the duplicate order, we may refund the duplicate payment.

7. Technical issues with downloads

If you cannot access or download your purchased files, contact us at [support email].

We will try to help by:

  • resending the download link;
  • providing alternative access;
  • checking the order status;
  • replacing a broken file or link.

If we cannot provide access to the purchased digital product, you may be eligible for a refund.

8. How to request a refund

  • your full name;
  • order number;
  • email address used for purchase;
  • product purchased;
  • reason for the refund request;
  • screenshots or details of the issue, if relevant.

We aim to review refund requests within 30 business days.

9. Refund method

Approved refunds will usually be sent back to the original payment method.

Processing times may depend on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.

10. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution, because payment providers often place the transaction under formal review.
